Main Features of PTFE Teflon Conveyor Belt:
- Weather resistance: It can be used for a long time in a wide temperature range from -60 ℃ to +300 ℃, and the aging test of PTFE fluororesin coating is placed at +300 ℃ for 200 days, not only the strength will not decrease but also There is no reduction in weight either. On the contrary, it does not age and crack at -180 ℃ ultra-low temperature, and can maintain the original flexibility. It can work at +360 ℃ ultra-high temperature for 120 hours without aging, cracking, and good flexibility.
- Non-adhesive: It is not easy to adhere to various substances. Easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface, almost all sticky substances such as paste, viscous resin, organic paint, etc., can be easily cleaned from the surface of PTFE fluororesin coated high temperature cloth.
- Mechanical properties: The surface of PTFE fluororesin coated high-temperature cloth can withstand a compressive load of 200kg/cm2, basically without deformation or lack of coils. It has an excellent and extremely low friction coefficient, and the dimensional stability and tensile elongation rate ≤ 5%.
- Electrical insulation: PTFE fluororesin-coated high-temperature cloth has unique electrical insulation, with a dielectric constant of 2.6 and a dielectric loss tangent below 0.0025.
- Chemical resistance: It can resist the corrosion of almost all chemical items. PTFE fluororesin-coated high-temperature cloth will not age or deform under strong acid and strong alkali conditions.
- Resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents.
- Good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient less than 5‰), high strength. Has good mechanical properties.
- Anti-bending fatigue, suitable for smaller wheel diameters.
- Fire retardant.
